BIO

Sachi Patitucci graduated from the Eastman School of Music, and has been active as a freelance musician in New York and Los Angeles, performing concerts and recording on many film and television soundtracks and albums. She toured the world as a soloist with various pop artists and appeared on screen in films, tv shows and music videos. She has frequently performed in orchestras and in chamber music groups with world class musicians. Sachi has performed in diverse venues from Wembley Arena in London to Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, The Bitter End and CBGB in New York.

Sachi’s other hat has always been in the business side of music, and she has worked in administration at Lincoln Center, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, and has been manager for her husband, Grammy Award-winning bassist John Patitucci, for many years. She earned a Music Supervisor’s Professional Certificate from Berklee College of Music and currently works as a Synch Licensing Coordinator for a Music Library and in Production for an online jazz radio station. John and Sachi launched their own record company, Three Faces Records, in 2015 and released 4 of John’s recent albums. Sachi also works as a composer and arranger, as well as a contractor in the NYC area. Some of her music has been featured on shows such as Extra, TMZ, The Jennifer Hudson Show, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.

Sachi serves as Board Secretary and Communications Director for P-CoC (Parenting Children of Color), is on the Board of The Danilo Perez International Jazz Foundation, is on the Community Engagement team at Trinity Westchester and serves on the Artistic Advisory Committee (and Principal Cello) of Westchester Chamber Soloists. Sachi is a longtime voting member of the Recording Academy, a member of the Guild of Music Supervisors and a member of Local 802 American Federation of Musicians.

Sachi & John are the proud parents of two wonderful daughters.
